Shipping & Delivery Policy – Delhi Gaushala, Delhi

Being a charitable institution, Delhi Gaushala does not sell commercial goods. Hence, conventional shipping terms are not applicable. However, here’s how we handle non-material and token deliveries.

Digital Deliveries

• Donation Receipts and 80G certificates (if applicable) are emailed within 10 working days

• Gau-Puja or Annadaan acknowledgements (PDF or image) may also be shared

Physical Deliveries (if any)

We may occasionally send:

• Prasad packets for Go-Puja donors

• Certificates for Gau-Daan

• Printed materials (magazines, reports)

Timelines:

• Local dispatch: 5–7 working days

• National courier (India): 10–15 working days

• Subject to courier service conditions

No Commercial Shipping

There is no delivery of items like clothing or electronics. Donations are not exchangeable for products.

Damaged or Undelivered Parcels

For any issues, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We will investigate with our logistics partner.
