Cancellation & Refund Policy – Delhi Gaushala, Delhi

At Delhi Gaushala, all contributions made are considered voluntary and non-refundable. Being a donation-based organization, funds are often allocated immediately to ongoing gaushala needs.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:

• Duplicate donation due to technical error

• Unauthorized transaction (with proper bank documentation)

Refund Process

• Request must be sent to (support@delhigaushala.com) within 24 hours

• Attach your payment details (transaction ID, amount, date)

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 business days

Non-Refundable Donations

• Any donation already allocated to feeding or emergency medical care

• Donor fatigue or change of heart
